RESOURCES FOR YOUR EVALUATION

Take a useful question into your next Edumatica conversation.

Start with the first-party brochure, then choose a school or college guide. These resources describe what to evaluate; your institution’s enabled modules and implementation scope need a tailored walkthrough.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

Resources that help your team evaluate the work.

Use fictional records and your own roles when you test a product. Do not rely on a feature list alone.

01 / OVERVIEW

Edumatica brochure

A concise overview of the school and college platform. Review it with your team before discussing the exact modules you need.

02 / SCHOOLS

School ERP evaluation checklist

Trace the student day across classroom, attendance, families and operations. Include permissions and corrections in the demo.

03 / COLLEGES

Connected college ERP guide

Assess academic, admissions and campus hand-offs without assuming every action is automated or enabled by default.

04 / ROLLOUT

Implementation questions

Discuss data quality, role access, rehearsals and support before agreeing a cutover plan.

FREE, SUPPLIER-NEUTRAL WORKSHEET

A 20-scenario ERP demo scorecard.

Use one fictional record, several roles and evidence from the actual system. The downloadable CSV works in Excel or any spreadsheet app; no email gate or sales form is required.

How to score a demonstration

  1. Agree which tests apply to your school or college and who will observe them.
  2. Score 0 for not shown, 1 for partly shown with an explicit limitation, 2 for demonstrated with evidence, or NT for not tested.
  3. Record the actor, test record, date, screenshot or record ID, limitation and next owner. Do not upload real student or payment data into a sales demo.
  4. Do not average away a failed critical gate: access control, financial integrity, file retrieval, migration and recovery need a specific resolution before purchase.

This is a vendor-neutral evaluation aid, not a claim that every Edumatica deployment has each workflow enabled or passes every test.

01 / Identity and access

Administrator

Create separate staff and family logins; revoke one staff role.

Evidence: The revoked login loses access and an unrelated family cannot open a student record.
04 / Class assignment

School office

Move a fictional student from Section A to Section B after attendance exists.

Evidence: The current roster changes without rewriting the meaning of earlier attendance.
10 / Fees

Finance officer

Record a pending payment, retry the callback and then confirm it.

Evidence: A pending payment is not shown as paid and a retry does not duplicate the receipt.
19 / Migration

Implementation owner

Restore a representative backup to an isolated environment and rerun migration.

Evidence: Counts, identifiers, relationships, financial totals and files reconcile on repeat runs.
