A PRACTICAL COLLEGE FEATURE GUIDE

College management, across the academic year and the whole campus.

Admissions staff, faculty, examination teams and campus-service teams need different views of the same institution. Explore 30 Edumatica working areas and choose the records, roles and exceptions you want to see.

FOLLOW THE WORK

Start with the team that needs a better day.

These are product working areas, not a promise that every account has every module enabled. Select a group and bring a fictional example to a role-specific demonstration.

Academic context comes first.

Programme, curriculum, period and batch links matter when a team reads or changes a record.

Money needs reconciliation.

Confirm College fee policy before a roster change. A saved transaction is not proof of payment settlement.

Show the student's view.

Check what the learner can see after staff act. Do not evaluate the entire College using one administrator login.

WHAT TO AGREE BEFORE ROLLOUT

Make scope specific to your College.

Advanced degree audits, versioned curriculum, elective waitlists, faculty moderation and verified placement outcomes are not represented as completed capabilities. OJT setup insights describe configuration, not student engagement or employability.

Payment settlement, real notification delivery and each file workflow need acceptance using your approved configuration. Hostel, transport, grading and scholarship rules also need a representative scenario.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions to settle before you buy.

Bring your own roles, records and edge cases. We will show what is configured and document what still needs work.

Ask us directly
Which College modules can we explore?

The catalogue covers academic setup, admissions, student records, faculty, sections, timetables, attendance, learning, assessment, fees, library, hostel, transport, assets, leave, feedback, alumni, placements and OJT setup. The institution’s enabled modules and permissions determine the actual scope.

Does the College ERP include hostel, transport and placements?

The product has hostel and residential-service screens, transport routes and student transport views, and placement-company and drive screens. Each needs a configured, role-specific demonstration. Live GPS tracking and guaranteed placement outcomes are not implied.

Can Edumatica be evaluated by institutions outside India?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from schools and colleges outside India. Bring your programme structure, country, time zone, language, currency, hosting and integration requirements. We will separate demonstrable fit from configuration or additional work before agreeing a rollout.

Is course completion the same as a degree audit?

No. Supported course-progress and certificate workflows are distinct from institution-wide degree audits, credit-transfer decisions, official transcripts and degree awards. Agree those requirements separately.

How should our College team evaluate the platform?

Follow one fictional student across admissions, a class, an assessment and one campus service. Switch between staff and student roles, test a correction, reconcile the records and document the remaining implementation questions.
