FOR SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES EXPLORING EDUMATICA

Your institution's requirements should lead the conversation.

We welcome enquiries from schools and colleges outside India. Start with the academic work and campus services you need, then agree the country-specific requirements that make a rollout practical.

CHOOSE YOUR JOURNEY

One conversation, grounded in your daily work.

Edumatica is an India-based education software business. An international enquiry starts a requirements discussion; it is not a claim of deployment or regulatory approval in every country.

EIGHT QUESTIONS BEFORE A COMMITMENT

Turn a feature list into an institution-fit checklist.

Bring requirements, not real student records. These are acceptance topics to agree, not a list of universally supported capabilities.

01 / FIT REVIEW

Academic structure

Bring a sample programme, term or semester, subject, credit and grading scheme. Identify which rules need configuration and which require product work. A course certificate is not a degree-award or credit-transfer decision.

02 / FIT REVIEW

People and permissions

List staff responsibilities, student identifiers and whether guardian access is appropriate. Use multiple roles to test institution boundaries and the privacy rules that apply to adult learners.

03 / FIT REVIEW

Language, dates and time zones

The public site and this guide are in English. Agree interface languages, character sets, date formats, local holidays and daylight-saving behaviour. Do not assume translated interfaces or every time-zone rule is already qualified.

04 / FIT REVIEW

Currency and payment operations

Confirm currency, decimals, taxes, invoicing, refunds and local payment methods. Demonstrate the exact provider and reconciliation path before promising collections in a new country.

05 / FIT REVIEW

Hosting and data requirements

Document your required hosting location, retention, backups, deletion, access controls and contractual review. Ask for the relevant evidence; do not infer a certification or jurisdiction-specific compliance from a feature page.

06 / FIT REVIEW

Integrations and source data

List required identity, accounting, LMS, library, messaging and storage connections. Provide anonymised sample files and verify field mappings, error handling and export needs. Integration scope is agreed case by case.

07 / FIT REVIEW

Accessibility and everyday devices

Test the browsers, devices, network conditions and assistive technology your teams use. Include keyboard navigation, labels, errors and downloadable documents in acceptance.

08 / FIT REVIEW

Rollout, support and commercial scope

Agree the pilot roles, acceptance owner, migration reconciliation, support hours, training, recovery checks and commercial scope. A walkthrough request is not a guaranteed implementation date or 24/7 service commitment.

A USEFUL FIRST MEETING

Leave with a clear next step.

  1. Choose one journey: enquiry to enrolment, teaching to results, or a campus service.
  2. Show the record as staff and as the learner, with one correction or access-boundary test.
  3. Document what was demonstrated, what needs configuration and what remains pending.
  4. Agree a scoped pilot and acceptance criteria before migration or procurement.

In the enquiry form, include your country and preferred time zone. A work email is enough; phone is optional. Please do not send student documents or payment data.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions to settle before you buy.

Bring your own roles, records and edge cases. We will show what is configured and document what still needs work.

Ask us directly
Can a school or College outside India contact Edumatica?

Yes. International enquiries are welcome. Tell us your institution, country, preferred time zone and priority workflows. We will arrange a fit discussion and confirm what can be demonstrated, configured or would need further work.

Do you support every language, currency and local regulation?

We do not make that blanket claim. Required interface languages, currencies, providers, hosting and local obligations must be reviewed for your institution and documented before a rollout commitment.

Do we need an Indian phone number to request a demonstration?

No. The phone field is optional; a work email is sufficient with the other required enquiry fields and consent. If you include a phone number, add its international country code.

How do we prepare for an international product evaluation?

Choose a fictional student, a programme or class and one daily workflow. Bring your roles, academic rules, language and time-zone needs, payment requirements, integrations and data-location constraints. Record demonstrated, configuration-dependent and pending items separately.
