FOR SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

Practice that builds understanding. Teachers who stay in control.

Learning Copilot connects reviewed practice, source-backed help and revision to the learning work in Edumatica. Give each learner a useful next step, without treating an AI answer as a mark or a progress chart as proof of mastery.

THE LEARNING LOOP

Attempt. Understand. Revisit.

An illustrative workflow, not a product screenshot: a learner attempts a reviewed question, uses a hint if needed, reads the explanation and returns to fresh revision. The teacher checks the evidence before drawing conclusions.

TWO CONNECTED PARTS

Reviewed practice first. Live AI only where appropriate.

The practice engine and the live provider are deliberately separate. A school can start with staff-approved material; live generation needs additional policy and eligibility.

01 / REVIEWED PRACTICE

A reliable learning routine.

Objective questions, reviewed answer keys, hints and explanations. Published packs are scoped to authorized learners. Revision and progress are recorded without asking a model to decide grades.

02 / CONTROLLED ADULT AI

Help grounded in approved references.

Eligible adults can request a bounded explanation based on approved text. Staff can prepare a private draft where their institution permits it. A draft always needs human review before publication.

ROLE BY ROLE

One learning loop. Different responsibilities.

Ask us to switch accounts in the walkthrough, not simply demonstrate everything with an administrator login.

School learner

Practise something your teacher has reviewed.

Open an assigned pack, make a genuine attempt and ask for a hint when needed. See the explanation and return to suitable revision. School practice does not require child-facing live generation.

College learner

Keep practice tied to your academic context.

Use approved packs within the right course, section and period. Follow independent and assisted evidence separately. Eligible consenting adults may also use source-backed guided help when their institution enables it.

Teacher or faculty

Prepare once. Review carefully. Improve with evidence.

Create a text reference with confirmed rights, select authorized learners, prepare an objective pack and review each key, hint and explanation. Publish explicitly, inspect practice evidence and correct or withdraw material when needed.

Institution administrator

Control rollout, not just access.

Enable reviewed practice, agree the institution time zone, choose a small first cohort and manage reports. Adult AI has separate policy, allowance and eligibility controls; enabling practice does not turn on paid generation.

Parent or guardian

See the learning summary that was meant to be shared.

Open the published summary for a currently linked learner. Discuss the next practice step with their teacher. A parent view does not grant the learner’s private AI or attempt history.

PROGRESS, WITHOUT THE PRESSURE

Make the next good attempt feel worth it.

Optional XP recognizes reviewed practice. Hinted and independent work remain distinct, repeated guesses do not manufacture new rewards, and revision supports a routine rather than a public competition.

Evidence, not labels.

Read independent, assisted and repeated evidence in context. A practice signal is not a claim that a learner has mastered the full curriculum.

Privacy, not a leaderboard.

Progress belongs to the appropriate learner and authorized staff. Family summaries are explicitly shared, not exposed as an unrestricted activity feed.

Preferences, not punishment.

Learners can adjust gamification and reduced-motion preferences. Rest days and revision scheduling support sustainable practice; there is no promised outcome or ranking.

A PRACTICAL FIRST ROLLOUT

Start with one subject your staff can verify.

Use a fictional learner for the first walkthrough. Agree the actual roles, source rights, sharing rules and rollout scope before enrolling a cohort.

Plan this walkthrough ↗
  1. Administrator enables reviewed practice and agrees the time zone.
  2. Teacher adds a short rights-cleared text reference and selects an authorized learning context.
  3. Staff prepares a small pack, checks every answer and explanation, then publishes explicitly.
  4. Learner attempts, uses hints and revisits fresh practice; staff reads the evidence and resolves any report.
  5. Teacher publishes a family summary only when appropriate. Review adult AI separately; never infer age or consent.
CLEAR SCOPE

Know what this release does not promise.

Learning Copilot is not an automatic grader, exam-answer service, medical or counselling service, degree audit or guaranteed score improvement. Source citations identify supplied references; they do not make generated content infallible.

Current source preparation is text-based. Full PDF/OCR ingestion, voice tutoring, automatic curriculum coverage, paid Plus subscriptions and universally enabled child-facing AI are not represented as shipped. Native availability depends on the tested app release and store approval.

Discuss regional privacy, language, curriculum and deployment fit through our international evaluation guide. Explore school workflows, college workflows and learning management around the practice loop.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions to settle before you buy.

Bring your own roles, records and edge cases. We will show what is configured and document what still needs work.

Ask us directly
Is Learning Copilot an AI chatbot for every school child?

No. School learners can use teacher-reviewed practice without live AI. Live generation is a separately controlled adult route requiring institution approval, adult verification and consent; being a college student is not proof of adulthood.

Who reviews a practice pack?

An authorized teacher, faculty member or institution administrator prepares and reviews the pack. AI preparation, where approved, creates private editable material, not an automatically published lesson.

Does practice change examination marks or official results?

No. Objective practice uses the reviewed answer key. XP and practice evidence are learning signals, not grades, credits, rankings or a certificate.

What can a parent see?

An eligible parent sees a summary explicitly published for a currently linked learner. Private attempts and live prompts are not a shared chat feed. College-family sharing additionally requires the learner’s opt-in.

Can we use our own curriculum?

Staff can attach reviewed text references and select authorized section, course and academic-period context. Full curriculum ingestion, PDF/OCR and automated syllabus mapping are not part of this release.

How do we start, and is an app update required?

Ask for a role-specific walkthrough, then have your administrator enable reviewed practice and prepare a small approved pack. The web workspace and shared API are separate from mobile-store release approval; confirm your installed app version before promising mobile availability.

Is live AI unlimited or included in every account?

No. Live AI depends on institution policy, eligibility, provider configuration and finite shared allowances. When an allowance is unavailable, published practice remains independent of new generation. Paid student or faculty subscriptions are not currently offered.
