A PRACTICAL SCHOOL FEATURE GUIDE

School management, from the first record to the next school day.

Explore 24 Edumatica working areas for administrators, teachers, students and families. See what each area supports, who uses it and which questions to bring to a live walkthrough.

CHOOSE YOUR STARTING POINT

One school, different responsibilities.

Start with the work your team needs to improve. This is a capability guide, not a promise that every module is enabled in every account.

Academic changes stay academic.

Section and independent-batch roster edits do not silently create or cancel charges. Billing uses an explicit fee action.

Publication is a decision.

Configured assignment feedback stays private until staff publish it to the intended student or parent.

Every view has a context.

The selected school, role and child determine the record a person should see. Ask to test that boundary.

AGREE THE SCOPE

A clear demonstration is better than an unchecked promise.

School promotion execution, complete new-school onboarding and some account and batch lifecycle operations still need further work. They are not represented here as completed automation.

Payment settlement, real email delivery, online classes and every file workflow need acceptance with your approved configuration. A page opening successfully does not prove the whole transaction.

Bring your academic structure, intended roles and anonymised examples. We will document what can be demonstrated, what needs setup and what remains pending.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions to settle before you buy.

Bring your own roles, records and edge cases. We will show what is configured and document what still needs work.

Ask us directly
Which school modules can we review in Edumatica?

The school catalogue covers academic setup, admissions, student and faculty records, sections, existing batch rosters, timetables, attendance, learning, assessment, family views, fees, library, documents, support and operational reporting. Your enabled modules and permissions determine the actual scope.

Will changing a school roster automatically change fees?

No. School Section and independent Batch roster edits are financially neutral. Existing charges, payments and balances remain unchanged; authorised staff use explicit fee actions for billing changes.

Can a parent see every evaluation as soon as a teacher saves it?

Under the configured School feedback-publication policy, evaluated assignment feedback stays private until authorised staff publish it. Student and parent access are separate; parent sharing must be enabled by the school.

Does Edumatica automatically promote School students?

The configured School preview can show proposed progression and exceptions. Promotion execution remains pending and is not offered as a completed School workflow. Agree this requirement explicitly before purchase.

How should we evaluate the modules that matter to our school?

Choose a fictional learner and involve an administrator, teacher, student and linked parent. Follow the workflow, check a correction and a permission boundary, then document configuration and any remaining work.
